1. General Use of Website & Services

  • You agree not to misuse our services or website for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.

2. Orders & Approvals

  • All design and print jobs will be confirmed only after full payment or an agreed deposit.
  • Customers will be provided with proofs for review and approval.
  • Proofreading is the customer’s responsibility. This includes spelling, grammar, layout, and content accuracy.
  • Once a final proof is approved, no changes, cancellations, or modifications can be made.

3. Payments

  • Payment must be made via approved methods before design or printing begins.
  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • Full payment must be cleared before order collection/delivery.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will be charged at the agreed rate.

4. Delivery & Turnaround

  • Estimated delivery times will be provided but are not guaranteed.
  • Delays caused by suppliers, couriers, or unforeseen events are beyond our control.
  • Delivery/shipping costs (if applicable) will be confirmed at the time of order.

5. Printing & Colour Disclaimer

  • Colours may vary between digital proofs and final printed products due to different screens, materials, and print processes.
  • Minor variations in size, finish, or colour will not be considered errors or grounds for refund.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All designs created by twenty2 remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
  • Upon payment, the customer is granted usage rights for the final approved designs.
  • We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Once final approval is given, no refunds will be issued.
  • Orders cancelled before approval may incur charges for work already completed.
  • If an error is caused by us, we will take reasonable steps to rectify it.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • twenty2 will not be liable for:
    • Errors approved by the customer in final proofs.
    • Delays caused by third-party suppliers, couriers, or unforeseen events.
    • Losses or damages beyond the cost of the order.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Any personal information shared with us will be handled in line with GDPR and used only for order processing and communication.
  • We do not share customer data with third parties without consent, except where legally required.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
