Policy

 Twenty2 – Design & Printing Policy

At twenty2, we value creativity, quality, and professionalism. To ensure clarity and smooth collaboration with our clients, please read the following policies carefully before placing an order.

1. Proofing & Customer Responsibility

  • All artwork, designs, and print files will be shared with the customer for proofing and approval before final production.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review spelling, grammar, images, sizes, layouts, and all other details before approving.
  • twenty2 will not be held liable for any errors (spelling mistakes, content errors, image resolution, etc.) once the customer has approved the proof.

2. Final Approval & Changes

  • Once the customer provides final approval, the order will proceed to production.
  • No changes, cancellations, or modifications will be accepted after approval has been given.
  • Any request for changes after final approval will be treated as a new order and may incur additional charges.

3. Payments

  • A deposit or full payment (as agreed) must be made before design/print production begins.
  • Orders will not be processed until the payment is received.
  • All payments are non-refundable once final approval has been given and the order is in production.

4. Turnaround Time & Delivery

  • Estimated timelines will be provided at the time of order.
  • While we strive to meet deadlines, unexpected delays (due to suppliers, couriers, or third-party services) may occur.
  • Delivery/shipping costs (if applicable) will be discussed and confirmed prior to order.

5. Printing & Colour Disclaimer

  • Colours may vary slightly between on-screen proofs and final printed products due to print processes and screen calibration differences.
  • twenty2 is not responsible for minor variations in colour, finish, or paper texture.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All designs created by twenty2 remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
  • Upon full payment, the customer is granted usage rights for the final approved designs.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Refunds are not available once the final proof is approved.
  • In cases where an order must be cancelled before approval, only the portion of work not yet completed may be refunded (at our discretion).

8. Agreement

By placing an order with twenty2, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these policies.
