 Twenty2 \u2013 Design & Printing Policy<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n

At twenty2<\/strong>, we value creativity, quality, and professionalism. To ensure clarity and smooth collaboration with our clients, please read the following policies carefully before placing an order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

1. Proofing & Customer Responsibility<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  • All artwork, designs, and print files will be shared with the customer for proofing and approval<\/strong> before final production.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • It is the customer\u2019s responsibility<\/strong> to carefully review spelling, grammar, images, sizes, layouts, and all other details before approving.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • twenty2 will not be held liable<\/strong> for any errors (spelling mistakes, content errors, image resolution, etc.) once the customer has approved the proof.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
    \n\n\n\n

    2. Final Approval & Changes<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • Once the customer provides final approval<\/strong>, the order will proceed to production.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • No changes, cancellations, or modifications<\/strong> will be accepted after approval has been given.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Any request for changes after final approval will be treated as a new order<\/strong> and may incur additional charges.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      3. Payments<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      • A deposit or full payment<\/strong> (as agreed) must be made before design\/print production begins.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Orders will not be processed until the payment is received.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • All payments are non-refundable<\/strong> once final approval has been given and the order is in production.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
        \n\n\n\n

        4. Turnaround Time & Delivery<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
          \n
        • Estimated timelines will be provided at the time of order.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • While we strive to meet deadlines, unexpected delays<\/strong> (due to suppliers, couriers, or third-party services) may occur.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Delivery\/shipping costs (if applicable) will be discussed and confirmed prior to order.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
          \n\n\n\n

          5. Printing & Colour Disclaimer<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
            \n
          • Colours may vary slightly between on-screen proofs and final printed products due to print processes and screen calibration differences.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • twenty2 is not responsible<\/strong> for minor variations in colour, finish, or paper texture.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
            \n\n\n\n

            6. Intellectual Property<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
              \n
            • All designs created by twenty2<\/strong> remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Upon full payment, the customer is granted usage rights for the final approved designs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
              \n\n\n\n

              7. Refunds & Cancellations<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
                \n
              • Refunds are not available<\/strong> once the final proof is approved.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • In cases where an order must be cancelled before approval, only the portion of work not yet completed may be refunded (at our discretion).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                8. Agreement<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
